Games for couples that actually fit you

An intimacy game with a comfort scale instead of shock value

Most games for couples have one setting: whatever the card says. That works until a card lands far outside what one of you wanted. Segs Up Your Life puts the intensity in your hands first and only then picks the assignment.

Date night without the planning

Open the wheel, set a low level and spin. You get a concrete thing to do tonight, with inspiration attached, instead of another evening of deciding what to do. Levels 1 to 4 work well on the sofa.

For long-term couples in a rut

The wheel keeps suggesting things you would not have proposed out loud, but always within the level you agreed on. Because it tracks what you have already completed at your level, categories grey out and you are pushed towards variety rather than the same three ideas.

For new couples finding their pace

Start at level 1. The early assignments are conversation and attention, which makes the scale a natural way to talk about boundaries before anything physical is on the table.

For groups of up to four

Add up to four players with their own names and let the Who wheel decide. All assignments are written gender-neutral, so nothing assumes who is with whom.

In five languages

Everything, including all 320 assignments, is available in English, Dutch, Spanish, French and German. Switch language from the header at any time.
