Why this exists and how we handle your trust
Segs Up Your Life is an independent project built around one idea: intimacy grows best in small, agreed steps. Instead of a deck of shock-value dares, the wheel gives you assignments that match the comfort level you set together, and it only moves up when you do.
What the game is
A wheel of fortune for couples and groups, with 320 gender-neutral assignments spread over eight categories and ten intimacy levels. Each assignment comes with inspiration and, where it helps, a short preparation step. It works on your phone, in five languages, with no app to install.
Consent is built into the design
You choose your level, you choose your categories, and you can re-spin or skip anything without penalty. Assignments never exceed the level you set, and the app repeats in its own wording that every step is an invitation rather than an obligation. The 18+ gate is there before you reach the wheel.
What we do with your data
In basic mode, everything stays in your browser. With an account we store your profile, chosen level, points and completed assignments so you can pick up on another device. We do not sell data, we run no advertising and we use no tracking cookies. You can wipe your account and everything in it from your settings page, immediately and permanently.
How your account is protected
Accounts run on a managed authentication service with encrypted transport. Database rules restrict every row to the account that owns it, so other users cannot read your history. Premium status is checked on the server rather than in your browser.
Honest about where we are
The premium features are free for everyone during launch, and everyone who registers in this phase keeps them for free for life. We are not certified by any external security or privacy auditor, and we would rather say that plainly than imply otherwise.
