Segs Up Your Life is a free intimacy wheel for couples and small groups. You agree on a comfort level from 1 to 10, spin two wheels, and get one concrete assignment for tonight instead of a vague suggestion to "spend more time together". The first wheel picks who is up, the second picks the category, and the assignment always comes from the level you set together.
There are 400 gender-neutral assignments across eight categories and ten levels, from a five-minute conversation to explicit and physical. Every assignment comes with inspiration and, where it helps, a short preparation step, so nobody is left guessing what to do. You can re-spin, skip, or switch off a whole category at any moment.

How the intimacy wheel works
- Set your level Pick a number from 1 to 10 on the slider. Level 1 is a conversation, level 10 is adventurous. You can move it at any time.
- Spin both wheels The Who wheel names a person, the What wheel picks a category. You get one assignment that fits your level, with tips and any preparation you need.
- Complete and level up Mark an assignment as done to earn 10 points. Ten assignments move you to the next level, so the game grows with you instead of ahead of you.

- How explicit does it get?
- That is entirely up to your level. The lower levels are conversation, attention and light touch. The higher levels are explicit and physical. You never receive an assignment above the level you set.
- How do you handle consent?
- Every assignment is an invitation. You can skip or re-spin anything, switch off whole categories and lower your level at any moment. Nothing is ever a requirement.
- What happens to our data?
- Without an account nothing leaves your device. With an account we store only your profile, level, points and completed assignments, and you can delete everything permanently from your settings.
